    These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of SessionsGO ("the Platform"), a grassroots football coaching and team management application. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using SessionsGO, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are registering on behalf of an organisation or team, you confirm you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

    2. Eligibility

    • You must be at least 18 years old to create a coach or parent account.
    • Player accounts for individuals under 18 must be created or supervised by a parent, guardian, or authorised coach.
    • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.

    3. Account Responsibilities

    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
    • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
    • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
    • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

    4. Acceptable Use

    When using SessionsGO, you agree not to:

    • Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
    • Use the Platform for any purpose other than grassroots football coaching and team management.
    • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data.
    • Share match footage or analysis containing identifiable minors without appropriate consent.
    • Use automated tools to scrape, collect, or extract data from the Platform.

    5. Content & Intellectual Property

    • Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you upload (videos, team data, match notes). By uploading content, you grant SessionsGO a limited licence to process it for the purpose of providing the service.
    • Our Content: The SessionsGO platform, design, branding, drill library, and AI analysis outputs are the intellectual property of SessionsGO. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without permission.
    • PDF Reports: Match analysis reports generated by the Platform are yours to download, print, and share freely.

    6. AI Video Analysis

    • AI-generated analysis is provided for coaching guidance only and should not be treated as definitive professional assessment.
    • Video frames submitted for analysis are processed by third-party AI services. No personally identifiable information is included in these submissions.
    • We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated insights.

    7. Team Invitations & Data Sharing

    • Coaches who create invitation links are responsible for sharing them only with intended recipients.
    • By joining a team, members consent to their name and role being visible to other team members.
    • Coaches may access performance data and analysis for players on their team.

    8. Service Availability

    We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to features at any time. We will endeavour to provide notice of significant changes.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    • SessionsGO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
    • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
    • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to use the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

    10. Termination

    • You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
    • We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
    • Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

    11. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

    12. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
